9FingerGames
This is not a youtube video. This is a quick chat about how I have gone about making games, and some insight on the process. I have released 3 games in 5 years, the most recent two games were made in a year each. As a sort-of solo developer. It's mostly my story, and extrapolating some of the things I have learned along the way. Hopefully this is helpful to you in some way. It's a bit more raw and less scripted than what we see on Youtube these days, it's not really made to be entertaining and more of a live-talk vibe, mostly because I don't want to spend days writing and editing it - I have games to make. If you have any questions please let me know in the comments. All my games and contact information can be found here: https://linktr.ee/9fingergames If you would like me to do this talk or a similar one live at a university or college let me know. Might be nice to give the students an indie perspective on things as It's usually weighted towards AAA in my experience. Subscribe if you want to be notified when/if I make another one of these.
