tap and hold the eraser tool

using the eraser tool

add these little ties

create a new layer

trace over your letters with kind of a thick brush

trace over all your letters

add another little detail to my lettering

create a brand new untitled palette

add one more color

create a new color palette

add a new frame

adjust the opacity of that layer

add the stars

add another frame

switching to the dry ink brush

add some dots all the way around your flag

export your animation

post a gift straight to facebook
